Game bans are issued at the discretion of each game's developer.

If you believe your ban was a mistake, you can reach out to the developer to request a review.
Just head over to Game Support, select the game in question from the dropdown menu, and send a message to the developer’s support team.
Be sure to include any evidence you can to support your claim of an undeserved ban.
They’ll be able to look into the issue and may be able to provide further details.
Please note that developers are not required to reactivate your account or reply to an appeal if they decide they have sufficient reason to uphold your ban.
