In some cases, a game’s developer may delete player data after a long period of inactivity, sometimes without prior notice.
Before reaching out to Game Support, please make sure you're logged into the correct Nutaku account.
If you're using a different account than the one you originally played with, your progress will not appear.
Still missing progress after you’ve confirmed you’re using the right account?
If you’ve confirmed you’re using the right account and your data is still gone, we recommend the following.
1 - Visit the Game Support page.
2 - Select the game in question from the dropdown menu
3 - Let the developers know you're missing progress.
Please be sure to provide any information, such as server number or your in-game username, that may help them find your in-game data.
