If you made an in-game purchase and the items were not added to your account, there's no need to worry!
All you need to do is contact the game's developers and inform them of the error. They will add any missing items for you!
Some games offer direct Game Support links in their settings or even on their Game page as pictured below.
But you can always visit Game Support for a full list of support links for all Nutaku games.
Please note that game developers may be in different parts of the world and may need time to process your request. Generally, you should receive a reply within a maximum of three (3) business days.
