Why is my purchase pending?

Occasionally when trying to purchase Nutaku Gold or Paid Games, your transaction may not be completed right away due to many factors that are outside of our control, such as the payment method used, time of day or week, or even simply just due to a delay with your financial institution/card provider.


In these cases, your purchase will be displayed as a “Pending Purchase” on your statement. This indicates that your bank will require more time to process it. 

This could be a matter of hours or as long as a few days. You may receive a notification one of your purchases is pending, as well as a notification once the purchase is processed indicating whether it was successful or failed.


If you believe that your purchase has been pending for too long, we recommend that you contact your financial institution for clarification.
